• Responsible for handling the day-to-day operations for the Brokers in Dubai branch.
• Providing basic technical, production and customer service to the Brokers.
• Ensuring all proposals from various channels are completed and reviewed.
• Ensure timely intimation of Renewal Offer to the customers to maximize Renewal Business.
• Handling all Operation queries / issues / complains from Brokers.
• Submission of Quotation and query handling pertaining to New and Existing requests.
• Negotiate with the Internal underwriting team to match or enhance best coverage to satisfy customers need.
• Submission of Monthly / Quarterly Production Report to the Head of Broker Team and the Head of Distribution.

• Responsible for handling Key Corporate Accounts of the Relationship Managers and Brokers for the branch- pertaining to their General Insurance / Motor / Marine / Group Medical / Group Life Business.
• Handling a Total Portfolio of AED 10 Million as on Last financial Year.
• Ensure timely Collection of Premium within the designated Credit Period as assigned to the respective clients.
• Ensure timely intimation of Renewal Offer to the customers to maximize Renewal Business.
• Submission of Weekly Production Report to the Profit Center Manager and the Head of Distribution.
• Handling Operation queries i.e. issuance of Motor/FGA / Liability Policies within Branch Limit.
• Pioneered the trend to issue Policies within the Branch by training Branch staff (including myself) in Underwriting & Operation Practices to improve TAT’s and reduce dependence on Underwriting Department up to a Limit of AED.1 Million Sum Insured. This was deeply appreciated and later adapted by few other branches.
• Submission of Quotation and query handling pertaining to New and Existing Direct Branch Customers.
• Negotiate with the Internal underwriting team to match or enhance best coverage to satisfy customers need.
• Handling the cash collections and accounts for the branch including petty cash.
