•Responsible for supporting decision making through annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, OPEX analysis, variance analysis, MIS Reports
•Receivables Management through monitoring of customer accounts, TAR AGE Analysis, credit review, Credit Committee Meetings

•Preparation of yearly financial budget and its subsequent allocation.

•Negotiation with stakeholders for land rentals, discounts on various procurement, etc.

•Evaluation of purchase proposal to ascertain lowest bidder through tendering process including input tax credit implications to determine landed cost.

•Support in the development of robust capital expenditure proposals; also undertake post implementation reviews to analyse performance of capital projects against expectations
•Evaluation of projects based on cost benefits analysis to arrive at its financial and commercial feasibility
•Dealing with Internal & External Audit Departments and ensuring compliance; continually reviewed & developed processes to maximize efficiency and maintain best practice controls
•Helping management to take decision on buy v/s lease for retail outlet sites.

•Ensuring correct capitalisation of self-generated assets as well as bought out items in line with provision of Companies act.
•Conducting physical verification of scrap items and its subsequent disposal.
•Peer review of activities at other location.
•Monitoring and handling bank guarantees.
•Coordination with various locations and dealership networks.
•Accounting of various reimbursements like Subsidy, rebates etc
•Accounting of TDS paid by dealers in books of HPCL.
•Addressing group of dealers in Dealer Panel meet.
•Conducting various trainings and knowledge sharing activities within organisation
