Work Profile- Job Responsibilities:

• The first point of contact of employees with regard to HR matters
• Oversees the Human Resources Operations of the entire business for Client Services, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits
• Is responsible in managing and handling over 100 active employees
• Sources & screens candidates as per the requirement
• Reviews all incoming CVs & conducts initial interview for shortlisting
• Performs recruitment & headhunting processes as per the client requirement
• Manages & updates the client with the visa application, contract extensions, renewals & deboarding process
• Executes implementation of HR Policies & Procedures
• Initiates the Hire Right Background Check
• Monitors probationary deadlines & reviews reports prior to the Line Manager's approval
• Assists the PRO in the processing & provision of visa
• Is knowledgeable of the UAE Labor Law & DIFC Employment Law
• Prepares & processes service orders for salary increases, bonuses, advances, overtime, claims etc.
• Maintains document track sheets, timesheet & leave trackers

• Provides the Finance Department with the calculation of final settlement before the approval of the Accounts Manager & General Manager
• Manages the billing and invoice reports to be sent to the client as well as the management of the monthly employee payroll processes within the required TAT
• Performs other HR-related & Client Service duties assigned by the Management for business development including but not limited to attending client meetings and client coordination & discussions in person, via phone or email to ensure & improve the company's profitability

1. Recruitment
• Coordination with Business panel and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.
• Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal reference, head hunting.
• Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience.
• Advertising vacancies, screening and short listing resumes.
• Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with departmental heads.

2. Referrals

3. HR Administration:
• Preparing Final settlements, Gratuity, leave salary and all employee benefits.
• Compilation & processing of attendance data in attendance system.
• Processing monthly attendance muster for workers, trainees & officers.
• Maintaining employees personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the organization at all levels.
• Designed Policies and Various HR Forms and Induction Program.
• Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, PF records, issue letters, etc.
• Preparation of full and final settlement generation of Experience Letters, Relieving Letters.
• Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees.
• Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, transfer letter, Absenteeism notice, warning letter, showcase notice, experience/service certificate, reliving letter, etc.
4. Employee Engagement
• Celebrations - Rewards and Recognition Program
• Effectively managing welfare measures, management - employee get together, picnics & parties.
• Developing employee engagement programs like Initiated and administered a welcome-mail policy to all new joiners, Initiated regular Birthday mailers & celebration policy
Other HR Activities:
• Assist HR Head in implementation of the organization's HR Processes.
• Personal File Management.
• Providing MIS reports with analysis to the top management on Recruitment Status, Attrition Analysis, Overtime & late coming reports, Absenteeism Reports of On-Roll Employees, Training Analysis and other reports (as per the Top Management requirement).
• Providing Induction the new joiners, over view the organization structure with PPT presentation.
• Issuing Show cause notices, Warning letters, Memos, Phonograms, Termination letters for the concern staff and asking for their explanation.
• Conducting Exit interviews, Employee Final Settlements, relieving procedures and employee coordination.

5. Statutory compliances:
• Timely submission of ESI & PF Declaration forms of new employees.
• Handling Statutory Compliance, Filing of monthly Statutory Returns within the due dates.
• Processing PF claims of left employees.
