Recruitment/Talent Acquisition for all positions in liaison with different
departments. Working the full recruitment life cycle for the organization and
providing input for recruitment strategies and initiatives.
• Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening,
interviewing, checking references and on-boarding qualified candidates based on
departmental business needs and requests.
• Identifying passive and active candidates by leveraging a variety of recruitment
resources such as job boards, social media, resume databases, job fairs and
referrals; communicating and coordinating recruitment advertising and drives.
• Actively participating in the design, implementation of strategies for Staff
Recruitment and addressing complex staffing needs, including hard-to-fill and
executive/senior management level recruitment.
• Responsible for any licensing and examination procedures for selected candidates
and documentation for visa as per UAE labour laws and NORKA /POEA
regulations.
• On boarding and orientation of the new employees, arranging all the travel,
accommodation and providing smooth acclimatization to the new hires to their
respective positions.
• Responsible for profile and payroll updation of the new hire in the HRMIS.
• Handling of grievances for new employees.
• Ensure internal transfers of new employees and requisite approvals/updates for
the same.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the management.
