•Implement preventive maintenance procedures of various electrical equipment’s (Substations, generators, motors…) according to the plans issued by the maintenance planning section.
•Supervise all equipment’s repair & services at the workshop and Field with minimum cost in an efficient and safe manner.
•Ensure that all maintenance and repair work carried out comply with manufacturer’s and international standard procedures.
•Prepare routine reports like daily reports, monthly reports, quarterly reports etc.
•Implement predictive maintenance procedures.
•Packaging Machines Control System.
•MCC's Repairing and Installation.
•PLC (SIEMENS) Programming and Repairing.
•Compressor Control Systems.
•Automation control motor (start/stop motor, star/delta motor…. VFD scheme)
•Work on a VFD system (ABB, Hitachi, Delta, Vacon)
•-ABB (Calibration and Troubleshooting)
•-Hitachi just calibration
•-Delta (Calibration and Troubleshooting)
•-Vacon (Calibration and Troubleshooting)

•Work to Instrument (Calibration and Troubleshooting):
•Flow meter (Magnetic Meters, strain gauge, deferential pressure, orifice plate, venture, rotor meter, vortex flow, ultrasonic flow)
•Level meter (radar level transmitter, ultrasonic level transmitter, deferential pressure, bubbler level, silo pilot)
•Temperature transducer to connect RTD & Thermocouple
•Control valve (motorize and positioner)
-Analyzers (PH, Conductivity, Concentration).
