I have worked in Mindbridge on 2 different projects, both American based. One month on the first one where I used to take calls and persuade the caller to subscribe for our monthly or weekly magazine and for some other services including medical insurance and Walmart gift cards. The second one was customer support for "Jolt Mobile" a local mobile service in the US.
An outbound call center for a Canadian based duct cleaning company. I worked there as a Telemarketer and it was my first experience ever working in a call center. My duties there included dialing random numbers in the specified area and to book duct cleaning jobs, follow up and take feedback.
