Making official correspondences as per the advice of the Managing Directors
Updating inwards and outwards payment on daily basis
Faxing, and logging all types of correspondences, memos, letters, for quick reference in accordance with company policy and procedures.
Preparing purchase orders and delivery orders accordingly.
Maintains / filing of all correspondence, documents etc., according to Company’s filing systems.
Keeps register of the files up-to-date and for easy reference.
Arranging flight ticket and hotel room booking for the MD & Managers.
Co coordinating with various departments to achieve the smooth working atmosphere
Carries out other related or similar duties as assigned, such as photocopying, labeling, sorting letters, etc..
Documents financial transactions by entering account
information.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Preparing transfers for International as well as Domestic clients
Contacting bank and getting information about our account enquiry, balance, inward funds…etc

Maintaining books of accounts internally.
Assisting the Director with all confidential account related querries
Maintaining individual accounts of each clients and follow up everymonth upon recipt /payment of the fund.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Coordinate and maintain records for office staff, phones, travels, hotel booking ....etc
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Other duties as assigned.
Entire office administration and related jobs are under responsibilities.
