Developed complex workflow to perform downstream activities when service order status set to

• Developed workflow to create the disconnection order and service order right after disconnection
document is generated by dunning process-non-pay customers.
• Implemented refund approver workflow which triggers when user updates ongoing payment method

• Implemented BADIs to enable service order create/update/cancel automation on move in/out, force
