Resposibilities: -
• Install, Configure and Troubleshooting Cisco Switch, Routers.
• Maintain & monitor a large network consist of more than 250 routers & switches.
• Maintain 100 % Uptime in NOC for East Central Railway.
• Monitoring Network for 24*7 basis.
• Monitor the WAN connectivity status and follow up with vendor in case of any problem.
• Diagnosing and resolving link faults from NOC to various location and change the necessary routing .
• Implemented new locations into network.
• Problem / trouble ticketing & tracking. Fault notification/updates/escalation.
• Co-ordination for planed outages and notifications.
• Update and interface with the Help Desk on problems or issues related to client networks.
• Daily/monthly/quarterly report generation.
• Co-ordination with different vendor and cross functional workgroup for ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
• Installation & configuration of LAN.
• VOIP Gateway Insatallation.
• Installation of Different Network devices.
• Performed troubleshoot on the computer, determined the malfunction and the cause for the same.
• Provided second line support to the customers for all desktop related problems.
