• Preparing and keeping the schedule of different kind of letter of credits issued to/by the company. Further closely tracking and monitoring the due dates on which the payments will be released by the company.
• Monitor the budget control process within the organization.
• To monitor and review the Internal control system within the Finance Section.
• Perform, review and monitor an Internal audit of the company and submit Quarterly Internal audit report to the management for locating the deficiencies in the existing internal control procedure and rectifying them.
