Responsible for carrying and finishing out full Internal Audit, Statutory audit and continuous of the company with our reputed auditing firms, including finalization of financial statements.
Performing cost accounting function like stock valuation, Raw material Costing, Budgeting, Standard Costing etc....... for biotechnology products.
The Company is engages in EPIC contracts related to building and energizing the electrical substations for the purpose of supplying power to various projects and city areas for various government and other clients like QP, KAHRAMAA, LUSAIL etc.
Professional Responsibilities
• Looking after and supervising all Finance and accounting related functions and preparing financials as per the latest International Reporting Financial Standards.
• Direct and control the general accounting functions of the organization and approved accounting practices in line with International Financial Standards and Statutory regulations.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, financial statements, on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Closely monitoring the corporate financing facilities with the bank like Overdrafts, Import loans etc.
• Preparing, tracking and monitoring the various bonds & guarantees like tender bonds, performance bonds, advance bank guarantees etc.
• Preparing and keeping the schedule of different kind of letter of credits issued to/by the company. Further closely tracking and monitoring the due dates on which the payments will be released by the company.
• Monitor the budget control process within the organization.
• To monitor and review the Internal control system within the Finance Section.
• Perform, review and monitor an Internal audit of the company and submit Quarterly Internal audit report to the management for locating the deficiencies in the existing internal control procedure and rectifying them.
Performing Continuous audits of various companies
Doing Stock verification on regular basis of the companies.
Internal Auditing of various books of accounts.
Performing taxation functions.
