Working as a site engineer and responsible for Duct Installation, HVAC Units Installation, Copper Pipe installation, Fire protection & Gas suppression system installation, Portable & drainage pipe & accessories Installation. My roles and responsibilities for this project are as following:
 Supervise HVAC personnel and participate in the installation to ensure that the work performed is in compliance with blueprints and Client & Manufacturer specifications.
 Supervise daily production, deployment of manpower so as to produce maximum productivity level.
 Ensuring work carried out to comply with quality plans.
 Reviewing of Material Test Certificates, documents comply as per approved material specifications, Codes, and Standards,
 Coordinate with quality and construction client / main contractor so as to ensure the work progress is according to schedule and quality requirements
 Resolving comments for the shop drawings
 Make daily & weekly work planning and daily progress reports and ensure that job is carried out according to the plan.
 Monitor the work carried out by Sub-contractors.
 Resolving site issues with other disciplines and ensure that minimum manpower hours are wasted.
 Conduct inspections for work, material and tests & resolve the doubts of client if any.
 Preparation of different types of work permits for the mechanical activities, attend the Permit to Work training classes, identify and control the hazards, site visit with client, preparation for site audit etc.
 Preparation of project related documentation.
 Read and interpret Codes and Standards.
 Perform other duties as assigned by my seniors & company Requirement.

At SS Engineering my role was as a site Lead supervisor. I was responsible for the safe Efficient & Time worthy erection, commissioning & testing of 8 package units each capacity of 9 tons of refrigeration & Total Ducting of 5600 Sqm. Along with that, I was also responsible for sanitary installations & fire protection system installation. My Daily responsibilities were as following:
 Supervise Daily production, planning deployment of manpower as per priorities, Schedule the work and maintain maximum productivity levels
 Preparing quality & production reports as required by client
 Utilize the available resources to maximum
 Control of wastage of manpower and material
 Arrangement of all Tools & equipment’s as per schedule for site operation.
 Ensuring material received and installation complies with the drawings and client requirement.
 Maintain motivation among the team so as to produce effective results.

At Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd I worked in the utility (mechanical) department for 6 months about my project to recover waste heat in rotary screw air compressors as approx. 85% of the energy supplied to the compressor converts into heat and was required to cool. I worked there for recovery of the same and completed the project before Deadline. Hence as a trainee there, I got time to overview some other ongoing operations there. I also worked and enhanced my knowledge breakdown and operation of
1) Fire-tube boilers.
2) Hot water generator.
3) Rotary screw air compressor.
4) Refrigerated dryer system for compressed air.
5) Cooling tower.
6) Air washer system.
9) Firefighting system.
10) Plate heat exchanger.
I also got knowledge about various tools and policies with their advantages implemented by the company for safety, environment, coordination and skill development among workers.
