Primary Role:
•Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
•Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.
•Develop the pool of qualified CV
•Filing and maintaining candidate database for future open positions.
•Maintaining complete Recruitment Database including inflow by augmenting relevant resumes on a periodic basis by various sources i.e. Headhunting, Direct references, manpower consultants, advertisements, internal references and Job Portals
Responsible for making an individual aware of the various investment tools available in the market and benefits associated with each plan.
•Responsible for designing customized investment solutions for the clients.
•Ensure projects/programs/products delivered on time, budget and scope during the project.
•Project reviews, coaching, issue handling and improvement of corporate processes after the project or product development
Data Scripting, Lead Processing, ERP.
•Coordinate with the Technical Director on current programming tasks.
•Collaborate with other programmers to design and implement features.
•Quickly produce well-organized, optimized, and documented source code.
•Attention to detail is essential and all tasks must be carried out to the highest standard.
