Co-ordinate and assist in preparation of yearly budget by proper forecasting as per proposals and plan and to adhere to such budgetary figures.
Continuous monitoring of Competitor Activities & design specific Strategies / Policies to strengthen Market share of own Brand.
Expansion of marketing in Unrepresented/ under represented geographical areas by appointing new Dealers, Distributors, Retailers etc.
Have the ability to inculcate sound networking among dealers, Distributors, Retailers etc. Work closely with the Logistic Team for Transportation Rates /Freight optimization.
I am a person who can pass on skills and knowledge to others, consistently takes the initiative.
Developing / Training Sales Team & recommend KRA (key result areas) / specific assignments for each team member.
Competent to identify skill gaps of functioning Team and identify training needs and to co-ordinate with HR department to impart o training, development and Team Building programme to the Team as per requirement. Review performance of development of Team through such Process of Training, Re-training, development through a culture of creativity and innovation.
Competent to plan and execute the Sales Targets of the above products both in terms of Primary and Secondary Sales.
In short, work as a TASK FORCE to help team members to develop such markets.
