* Led the South Asia Design Center as the Regional Leader to support organization’s global research and
development program. The responsibilities included:
o Building, stabilizing, and identifying ways to self-sustain the South Asia Design Centre. Examples include

o Preparing and presenting reports and performance dashboards to decision makers
* Worked with other teams of the organization on quality initiatives and analysis methodologies

other computer related activities such as maintenance of websites of other firms
* Led a team of four people
* Developed multiple uni-variate and multivariate pair trading strategies based on statistical concept of co-
integration to capture arbitrage opportunities
