I worked as a chef at the London 2012 Olympic stadium. My duties included preparing food for the Athletes Family lounge. This job role was very fast pace and demanding and i needed to constantly be aware of the time, as everything has to be done at a certain time and team work was essential. I enjoyed this job a lot because i learnt a lot of new skills, such as how essential it is to have an eye for every detail of my work. And i also met a lot of people from different parts of the world which was very rewarding. It was a challenging yet fun and rewarding job.
I volunteered in a local college teaching English as a foreign language two days a week.
