• Oversee the site installation process ensuring to quality standards, timelines, and effective
team management.
• Supervise and inspect all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works to ensure
compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and industry standards.
Monitor daily site activities and report progress, quality issues, and any deviations from the
design.
• Review and verify MEP materials, equipment, and installations to ensure they meet
consultant approvals and project requirements.
• Conduct inspections for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems
throughout all construction stages.
• Coordinate with contractors and other disciplines to resolve site issues, design conflicts, and
technical queries (RFIs).
• Review shop drawings, coordination drawings, method statements, and as-built
documentation.
• Witness and document testing & commissioning activities such as pressure tests, continuity
tests, equipment start-up, and system performance checks.
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports, non-conformance reports (NCR) and snag lists follow
up on corrective actions until closure.
• Support final inspection, handover activities and verification of O&M manuals and training.

• To keep co-ordination electrical mechanical and plumbing drawings and field work according
to the specifications
• To check quality of work in electrical conduiting group wiring, circuit wiring termination of
cable LV
• cable, BTD, Distribution board MCCs, cable tray and cable ladder
• Installation of lighting fixtures down lights, surface lights, rope lights, flood lights, Tube lights
• Responsible for all aspects of quality control for installation, testing and commissioning of LV
panels.
• Installation of firefighting sprinkler system including diesel pumps, electrical pumps and
jockey pumps.
• To check installation of grounding & bounding for electrical system and facility lightning
protection
• system bare copper, earthing mesh, CEE (chemical enhancing earth), DDE (Direct driven
earth), NGR (Neutral ground resistance) and ECP (earth connecting points) box.
• Also involve in electrical work of HVAC equipment and installations
• including AHU, FCU, cooling tower and chilled water cladding work, insulation, dampers,
duct work and HVAC systems.

cables for LV panels, PDUs, DBs, and cable tray systems.
• Monitor and verify the installation of grounding and bonding systems for electrical systems,
along with the implementation of facility lightning protection.
• Manage the installation of low voltage systems such as fire alarm systems, CCTV systems,
and public address systems.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of plumbing systems, including water supply,
drainage, plumbing fixtures, and booster pump systems.
• Lead the installation of specialized systems such as GRMS (Guest Room Management
System) DND systems.
• Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure that all installations comply with safety
regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the site team, ensuring efficient workflow and
problem- solving on site.
• Ensure coordination with contractors, consultants, and suppliers for smooth material
procurement, installation, and project progress.

• Supervise the complete electrical installation for high mast lighting ring, ensuring
compliance with safety, quality standards, and local regulations.
• Coordinate the electrical wiring, cabling, and termination work for the lighting system,
ensuring proper connection to the power supply.
• Ensure the installation of electrical components such as circuit breakers, and control panels
for proper operation and safety.
• Oversee the installation of power cables and connections to the base of the high mast pole,
ensuring correct routing, protection, and grounding.
• Manage the integration of lighting control systems (timers) for automatic operation and
energy efficiency.
• Conduct inspections and testing of the electrical systems to ensure proper functionality,
including voltage and continuity checks.
• Ensure proper earthing and bonding of the mast structure and associated electrical
components for safety and protection against electrical faults.
• Coordinate with the civil team to ensure proper alignment of the mast and safe handling of
the electrical components during installation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during installation and after commissioning of the
high mast lighting system.
• Manage the commissioning of electrical components, ensuring smooth operation before
final handover.
• Ensure a stable 230VAC power supply or use Power over Ethernet (PoE) for IP cameras.
• Use shielded cables (Cat6 and 12c, fiber optic) for data transmission to avoid interference.
• Secure and protect cables inside conduits or weatherproof enclosures.
