Configure and install various network devices and services such as network printer, switches, router, IP phones, and make users in Sonic Firewall and give them access..
Installing new software such as all web browser, MS office, Device Drivers, Ammyy Admin, Printer Drivers, Acrobat Reader, Different Types of Antivirus and all application software.
Remote Technical support for the clients. Resolving all issue related to different users Laptop and PC by taking Remote Access through Ammyy Admin and Team Viewer.
Troubleshooting of Hardware, Formatting, Finding no display issue, system restarting problem and find out all issues related to hardware and software such as mother board not working, SMPS Faulty, RAM related problem and any application not working properly.
Solely responsible for handling all computer terminals on domain, Adding users to Domain, Creating new user and delete users and take backup of the users data.
Maintaining of MS Outlook .Create new users, take backup of MS Outlook .Import and Export .PST and Create .Ost, Adding .Pst to the users account.
Taken regular back-up of daily works, output of all staff’s data
Handled internet related issues such as internet not working, IP conflict, Slow internet use proxy and assign and block which website users will access.
Fixed computers, printers, scanners issues and sorted out the same
Preparing and maintenance of the proper records of hardware & software requirements, use etc.
Any other works assigned from time to time.
Solving problem related to MS word and Excel and give training to the users how to use Excel, Word.
