Working as a (NETWORK ASSOCIATE) in Mobily (NOC) through EMIRCOM|

Responsibility:
• Configure and Troubleshooting Customer site, providing internet DIA and IPVPN Facility. Network connectivity troubleshooting, ping, tracer, telnet. Investigating, diagnosing and resolve all network problems. Analyzing & developing key components using methodology prescribed techniques.
• Field support in MOBILY DC and MOBILY Outlets all Devices Configuration and Troubleshooting of cisco routers and switches. Cisco High End devices.
• Troubleshoot Hardware level support, Security Product cisco and Fortinet Firewalls in Mobily DC All Security firewall devices like, Firepower firewall device maintain and hard ware level Support and Replace part.
• Collect the all Information and perform current state assessment of the customers IT environment and possible challenges and Report periodically on the status progress of the current projects to the management. Investigating, diagnosing and resolve all network problems, Site survey for DC and customer site and gathers all required information and submitting document for approval.
• The work calls for Upgrading Ciscos devices and Configuring Routing protocol.as per the company design polices and Implementing Security Policies.
• Configuration and Troubleshooting of cisco routers and switches. Cisco High End devices routing Protocols RIP, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP etc.
• Configuration and troubleshooting of Site to site VPN tunnel. Remote access VPN. Configuration of Vlan, VTP, Trucking & STP in Switch. Configuring Routing Protocols
• Hardware level google and Akamai Device troubleshoot and Replace mother board, net card, power supply, BIOS setup and initial boot up configuration etc.

JOB AND RESPONSIBILITY.
Maintaining network setup with 400 users 4 location in KSA and windows server 2003 and 2008, 2012 server with domain controller. DNS and DC, DHCP, ADC File system. Implement and install window 2003 server on Hardware Level Dell and HP DL380 G4 server and upgrade to HP G7 server with 2008 server.
Responsible of PC Hardware, PC Peripherals, troubleshoot all Window XP windows, 11. Diagnosing Hardware problems and installation of various printers. Maintain backup and configure SonicWALL CPD backup device.
Administrating AVAYA CM Aura with 300 extension and connectivity different location in KSA through VPN connectivity. Operating and maintaining aura Call Manger (CM) adding ext. and changing name etc.
Installation and troubleshooting of PC Hardware, PC Peripherals, troubleshoot windowsXP3, window7, and window8.1 and SAP client software configure on user desktop and check connectivity to SAP server.
To ensure the smooth operation of communication networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability for their users. Arranging video Conferences and setup Life-size video conferences Devices, whenever video conference request come to IT Support.
Providing the Telephony support and Remote support to field Engineer for the calls. Installation and troubleshooting of PC Hardware, PC Peripherals, Configured video conferences system and Arranging Video Conferences through life-size video, poly cam video conferences devices, Maintain and configuring cisco switches and HP Switches.
ACHIEVEMENT IN REDINGTON:
Implement and install window 2003 server on HP DL380 G4 server and upgrade 2008 server with HP G7 server.
Configure win2008 server with DNS DHCP and ISA server on HP G7 Server.
AVAYA CM Aura configure and implement with 300 extension and different location in KSA with VPN connectivity, VPN configuration, with juniper firewall SSG320, SSG350 Through Internet lease line. Internet lease line configured with Cisco Router 1800, 2900, REDINGTON offices in KSA.
We used SonicWALL CDP data back device for all user desktop data and e-mail files and Maintaining licensing services with SonicWALL for renew Avery three-year licenses.
VIDEO conferences devices such as POLY com and life-size video devices implement and configured.
Additional technology used and configure, implement my self-life size video conference devices and connected to same internet lease line all Redington branch.
2007-2009 project time frame 6 month.
Implement and install window 2003 server on HP DL380 G4 server and upgrade to HP G7 server with 2008 server. Configure win2008 server with DNS DHCP and ISA server on HP G7 Server.
Configure Nortel BCM Machine with 40 Ext and 8-telephone line. Expand COE CARD with 80 ext.
