Pre Sales Engineer and Project Manager.
Implemented and maintained appropriate systems to enable successful

I worked for eight years as a technical team leader and senior system support
engineer in the operations department of WAVETEC Saudi. I created project
plans defining milestones and showstoppers, managed our technical staff,
handled technical issues and visited customer sites, kept track of all contract
opportunities and additional business opportunities, and troubleshot and
provided services when needed.
