• Factories of construction materials.
• Cars and heavy vehicles repair factories,
• Heavy constructions equipment garages.
- Investigation for all suspected activities, lost items and rubbery cases.
- Security plans for all the new sites.
- Reporting directly to the Baghdad Mayor.

• Provide advice and legal consultants to all sections of the Iraqi Interior Ministry upon request.
• Full supervision over all legislation and draft laws required by the departments of the Ministry of
Interior and gives this legislation or law draft the legal form.
• The legal scrutiny of draft laws before they are submitted to the authorities conferred upon
issuance
• The collection of information related to the drafts of laws under the Issue.
• Pursue the legal projects drafts with higher authorities such as the State Council and discuss it
until the approval of the adoption of the project and issued the authority to do so.
• Analysis of all the legal issues that are referred to my department and studied and followed up
with the relevant authorities.
• Scrutiny and review of all contracts entered into by the Iraqi Interior Ministry in all its divisions
from the Legal aspects to protect the rights of the ministry during and after the signing of the
contract.
• That scrutiny and review contracts to be conducted prior signing the contracts by the delegated
authority to sign and are raising the necessary recommendations.
• Legal representation to the Ministry of the Interior in the courts and judicial depts.
• The full powers of representation in the all courts grades and in all stages of litigation.
