Primary Function:
Ensure effective management of the Quality Management System. Ensuring alignment to Global Quality Assurance, business processes and local regulatory requirements whilst ensuring to maintain and drive continuous improvement in solution delivery to customers.

Job Responsibilities:
• The focal QA point for HPS Saudi Arabia.
• Drive alignment to the Global Quality Management System whilst maintaining local business requirements and flexibility.
• In cooperation with the global Quality Organization and local site management, own the ISO certificate for HPS Saudi Arabia.
• Promote the consistent implementation and alignment to the HPS QMS standards, processes and procedures.
• The point of QA contact for customer, regulatory and certification audits
• Ensure global alignment of the local procedures and ensure storage and visibility on the global, pole & local QA portals.
• Participate in local & regional vision development and deployment; be the voice HPS Saudi Arabia.
• Look for continuous improvement opportunities and best practice in all processes and procedures, and work to share these across the business.
• Drive the internal audit program and coach local internal auditors.
• Ensure that the training program for internal auditors has been followed. Ensure auditing standards are maintained.
• Ensure that procedural QA requirements are met timely, such as management reviews, internal audit schedules, Corrective Actions and customer satisfaction survey process.
• Maintain QA records as appropriate on the repositories of Saudi Arabia.
• Drive the adoption of QA processes procedures and tools;
• Act as the initial Quality Advocate for the corrective actions raised within Saudi Arabia.
• Drive Internal and Customer Corrective Action lifecycle status to the targets set by the business and the QA department.
• Report Corrective Action process noncompliance to the business, functional and QA leadership and work with them to resolve persistent issues.
• Act as the Quality Advocate for the assigned corrective actions.
• Coach the business users in the use of QA processes and tools.
• Ensure the organisation has the knowledge and skill required to follow the QA processes by arranging training, awareness & refresher sessions.
• Work with the business owners to improve the consistency of deliverables towards customers
• Support the Global Customer Survey programs for all business functions within Saudi Arabia.
• For non- responding customers on the email survey, coach the business to conduct telephone surveys.
• Listen to the specific needs of customers and represent their quality requirements and interests within the organisation.
• Facilitate external Customer and ISO accreditation audits.

** Quality Assurance & Control:
 Carry out Witness Inspections as per customer requirements.
 Monitor & Control of following Quality Assurance Systems:
== Chemical Analysis System.
== Eddy Current Test System.
== Mechanical Test Systems (Tensile test & Creep Rupture Test).
== NDT Examinations: PT, RT, Hydrostatic & Pneumatic Tests.

 Preparing projects inspection reports for customers.
 Control of non-conforming products.
 Issue of NCR’s & corrective/preventive action requests.
 Inspection and test plans (ITP) preparation.
 Preparing monthly scrape ratio report.


** ISO 9001-2008:
 Ensuring the effective implementation of Quality Management System standards & procedures.
 Create & Control of quality records.
 Effective application of document control procedures to all ISO documents.
 In charge of Internal Quality Audits.
 In charge of Management Review Meetings.
 Preparation of audit plans and check lists.
 Preparation of audit reports, non-conformance reports, corrective and preventive action reports.
 Maintaining Internal Auditing standards.

** Engineering:
 Experience with shutdown, start up, troubleshooting, turnaround and emergency activities.
 Plant performance studies.
 Mass balance calculations.
 Production calculations
 Plant modification studies (MOC)
 Reactors catalyst replacement.
 Reviewing the design and sizing of equipments.
 Process hazard analysis (PHA) for new modifications.
 Root cause analysis (RCA) studies.
 HAZOP studies and a member in safety, health and environment committee.

** Operation Experience with:
 Natural gas desulphurization system.
 Primary and Secondary Reforming process.
 Reformed gas (RG) boiler & steam drum.
 High pressure steam production & superheating system.
 High & low temperatures CO shift conversion process.
 CO2 removal absorption, stripping, high & low pressure flash vessels.
 Methanation process.
 Duel pressure Ammonia Synthesis Loop (New Uhde Licenced Technology).
 Ammonia refrigeration & chillers system.
 Ammonia recovery (absorption & stripping) process.
 Hydrogen recovery (cold box) process.
 Condensate stripping process.
 High & medium Boiler Feed Water (BFW) systems.
 High, medium & low pressure steam systems.
 High pressure direct condensing & extraction steam turbines.
 Medium pressure direct condensing & back pressure steam turbines.
 High & medium pressure centrifugal compressors & pumps.
