Analyze and understand detailed business requirements.
•Provide requirements and software solutions.
•Provide recommendations for software developments and implementations.

•Involved in the development of project plans and provide project management skills when these skills are not available in other project participants.
•Coordinating team members’ tasks and duties to ensure achieving of team goals. Supporting - coaching junior programmers.
•Evaluating of team members’ skills to complement needed skills based on project requirements for technology knowledge.
Managing and participating in the day-to-day operations of one or more teams of software developers.
•Responsible to manage all the operational aspects of the software development teams to ensure business and product objectives are met.
•Partner with product management to define product road-maps and feature requirements.
•Providing administrative, technical, and people leadership for multiple, diverse, and sometimes geographically distributed teams.
•Providing feedback to the team and individuals on their performance.
•Coaching and guide teams to enable successful outcomes.
