• Create HRIS reports using Discoverer Oracle HR reporting
• Analyse personnel data and develop reports for senior management utilizing HR data
• Reporting function- pulling and extracting and formatting data for reports
• Training for the right person on these HR solutions will be provided
• Provide technical support for Oracle HR core user, employees using Employee Self-Serve, and managers using Manager Self-Serve
• Knowledge and understanding of HR data and systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Advanced experience in Excel (with knowledge of Pivot tables, and formatting required).
• Proficient in Oracle HR and Oracle Discoverer.
