• Lead and direct the Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
• Manage all aspects of recruitment process in terms of hiring, promotion, resignation and termination.
• Manage Performance Management Systems and coach managers on performance management issues and processes
• Conduct investigations related to employees’ grievance or concerns in accordance with Human Resources policies and UAE Federal Law.
• Manpower planning
• Process monthly payroll through HRMS.
• Process final settlement/EOSB and exit related documents like: exit interview, clearance, handover, etc for resigned and terminated employees.
• Monitor, validate and approve different types of employee leave applications.
• Maintain Human Resource Management System records and compiling reports from database as needed.
• Manage the pension scheme for UAE nationals.
• Handle internal events of the organization. i.e Smart Gathering event
• Provide monthly reports to the management to track the accomplishment of strategic goals. Reports include but are not limited to recruitment plan, corporate KPIs, training, and other HR areas.
