• Provide leadership and direction to the landscape design
and maintenance teams. Foster a collaborative and
motivated work environment, ensuring that team members
are aligned with project goals and tasks.
• Develop and manage budgets for landscape projects,
including allocation of resources for design, materials, labor,
and maintenance. Monitor expenditures and make
adjustments as needed to ensure financial targets are met.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients,
understanding their needs, objectives, and feedback.
Communicate project progress, address concerns, and
manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct site analysis (topography, soil, climate, vegetation)
to inform design decisions.
• Develop innovative, context-driven landscape concepts
aligned with project goals.
• Prepare sketches, diagrams, and visual materials for client
and stakeholder communication.
• Produce detailed design packages including layouts,
grading, hardscape/softscape, and material selection.
• Coordinate with engineers and consultants to ensure
technical integration and feasibility.
• Prepare construction documentation (drawings,
specifications, BOQs, cost estimates).
• Oversee site implementation, monitor progress, and resolve
design issues during construction.
• Ensure final delivery meets design intent, quality standards,
and project requirements.

• Contribute to urban masterplanning, integrating land use,
transport, infrastructure, and public realm strategies.
• Perform site analysis (topography, zoning, ownership,
cultural context) to inform design development.
• Design public spaces including parks, plazas, streetscapes,
and waterfronts to enhance user experience.
• Integrate sustainable strategies such as green
infrastructure, energy efficiency, and mobility solutions.
