Cognitio Analytics is an AI/ML driven productivity solutions provider for large organisations. As the product management function lead my key responsibilities were:
• Ensure product vision aligns with organisational goals, advocating it internally and externally for cohesive team delivery
• Own yearly roadmap and strategy, identifying and closing gaps to implement it
• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams in an agile setup for decision narratives, design and release innovative products.
• Coach & mentor product team, BAs, UX team in understanding customer requirements, pain points, needs, translate them into requirements (PRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases) and design tailored solutions for it
• Successfully spearheaded the launch of a self-service analytics tool tailored for our multi-conglomerate customer. Empowered end users to extract meaningful insights efortlessly, utilising a no-code approach
• As a senior leadership member help shape organisational directions, initiatives and negotiate overall setup of product function
• Layout SOPs for idea and concepts screening, scaling process for the organisation
• Guide teams in leveraging datasets to build KPIs/metrics and business logics aiming for process improvements and extraction of valuable insights for customer using data bricks
• As a domain expert, decipher healthcare industry trends, compliance needs, risks etc for internal and external stakeholders
• Lead pharmacy benefits analytics needs of a multinational conglomerate customer through ideations to visualisations.
• Led conceptualisation and launch of automated science algorithm for data enrichment. Allocated proxy diagnosis for 87% of prescriptions using medical claims data. Diagnosis fill rate reached from 13% to 99.7% using the algorithm.
• Conceptualised, built and launched 3 new Power BI dashboards for product, covering industry specific reporting requirements, brand vs generic drug utilisation and cost comparisons for around 9000 NDCs with industry benchmarks.
• Guided the team in conducting research and specifying fertility outcome measures for comparison with national benchmarks, utilizing relevant data feeds for accurate analysis
• Led as Product Owner on an Enterprise Resource Planning (Acumatica) solution that enabled operational eficiencies and business process optimisation..
• Engaged with customers to comprehend their requirements and convert them into actionable user stories for the development team

Access Health International is a nonprofit think tank, advisory group, and implementation partner. They work in close collaboration with governments, the private sector, development partners, and researchers to improve health financing systems and the quality of healthcare services in low, middle, and high-income countries.
• As a healthcare consultant created a roadmap for Indias digital health initiative Ayushmann Bharat
