Planning and issuing of project proposals and quotations
Maintenance of the company CRM (For marketing and Project management)
Managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Plan and route work schedules at different stage of development to all responsible personnel involved in the project
Facilitates team and client meetings to review work.
Management of Internal and external approvals as per company standards and procedures.
Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team

Performing the QA (testing) for the website
Making and issuance of project proposals, quotations, invoices, cash flows and preliminary schedules
Prepare project organization and communication charts

Issue Contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders, etc.
