Independently handling end-to-end recruitment process.
•Understand the client's requirements in terms of skills required, relevant experience, preferred nationalities and qualifications to identify prospective candidates.
•Create new requirements in the company’s internal database and post the requirements on the company’s website and job portals.
•Source candidates through company database, job portals, referrals, and LinkedIn either locally or in GCC/MENA market, as per the client’s requirements.
•Screen and shortlist potential candidates by conducting telephonic and face to face interviews.
•Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates.
•Submit profiles to clients; organize interviews of candidates and follow up for feedback.
•Follow up with the selected candidates for their offer letter and joining dates and with the client for the invoice and payments.
•Maintain and update the data of the clients and candidates on a on a regular basis.
•Prepare and maintain MIS reports for all the job requirements, profiles submitted, candidates interviewed and offered.
•Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
•Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.

•Organize appointments to show homes to potential buyers
•Reply clients’ questions about construction work, financing, upholding, repairs, and assessment
•Examine condition of premises, and organize for required maintenance or inform owners of maintenance needs
•Accompany buyers throughout visits to and inspections of possessions, advising them on the appropriateness and worth of the homes they are visiting.
•Generate lists of properties that are well-matched with buyers’ needs and monetary resources
•Advice clients on marketplace conditions, prices, mortgages, authorized requirements and linked matters
•Assess mortgage options to assist clients get financing at the best prevailing rates to the lenders, home inspectors, and bug control operators to make sure that terms and conditions of buy agreements are met previous to closing dates
•Discuss with clients to decide what kinds of properties they are looking for
•Prepare documents for example representation contracts, buy agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases
•Display saleable, industrial, agricultural, and housing properties to clients and explain their features
•Compare property with comparable properties that have freshly sold in order to decide its competitive market price
