Key Deliverables:
Responsible for the Entire Gamut of Human Resource and Administration.
Effectively liaised between senior management and employees to maintain and improve company-employee
relations.
Preparing HR Budgets, incentive plans.

Ensures compliance with state, local guidelines and policies to protect the business and its employees.
Responsible for compensation programs and assists in job analysis, job evaluation, and performance management to
ensure compliance with division guidelines.
Developing and executing training and development offers based on countries business strategy.
Responsible for Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Staff Referrals, Agency Hiring etc
Evaluation of External Agencies and sourcing of new agencies and ensure the continual improvement of manpower
number
Assisting in complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources by engaging with the
Management understand the manpower requirements.
Using retention tools to minimize the attrition rate & motivating employees.
Expert in handling Talent Management, Employee Relations, Discipline Management, Manpower Planning,
Recruitment, Induction etc
Instrumental in developing key Leadership competencies like Coaching, Mentoring skills, Empowerment and Training
to Employees.
Administering daily operational support to employees as communicated to the higher management, creating a good
environment and team spirit within the business by effective communication, motivation and delegation skills.
Handling succession planning through individual development plan’s development and execution for executives and
emerging leaders.
Coordinating with PRO for new / renewals of all company and employee documents.
Facilitating effective support in daily HR activities with the accountability of handling employee benefits scheme,
maintaining and update HR documents involving employment records and onboarding guides.
Preparing offer letters for new starters in line with standard benefits, based on location & grade, oversaw
administration of correspondences, including salary increase, promotion, transfer, etc.
Processing monthly payroll and submitting the salary statements to the finance department ensuring the salaries are
paid on time.
Providing “Customer Service Excellence” training to all employees in all stores, thereby cultivating customer
satisfaction.
Finance and Accounts
Key Deliverables:
Generated daily/ weekly/ monthly reports for the clients for status of the process.
Made vital contribution in analyzing and reporting daily duplicate report through Oracle Discovery Report.
Consolidate the reports from the team and perform quality checks on the reports and ensure 100% accuracy.
Sweep Report Analysis
Performing EDI (Electronic Data Interface) invoices.
Diligence in maintaining SLA and TAT as per the client’s expectation.
Handled ACC and EDI (Account Coding Correction and Electronic date Interface)
Drove significant efforts in pulling the daily matrix report through oracle besides processing for both PO & Non-PO
invoices under US$ and CAD$.
