 Troubleshoot & solve the problem using Apple GSX Server.
 Good knowledge about Apple GSX Server.
 Handle all Apple warranty devices for replacement.
 Customer Support for ipad, ipod, iphone and imac’s, MacBooks & MacbookPro’s.
 Installation of software’s and as well as Hardware for ipad, ipod, iphone and imac’s and MacBooks and windows also.
 Collects and coordinates data needed by technical staff.
 Worked as a Technical Support Engineer in Apple.
 Able to interact with different levels of personnel.
 Trouble shooting as well as managing the performance of the iMac softwares.
 Provides administrative & Hardware support to technical staff.
 Reviewing incoming mail for technical staff and determine course of action.
 Assisting with auditing.
