Understanding the technical requirements of clients through
meetings, site visit and equipment analysis.

• Erection and commissioning of complete production line for final fencing products and storage facilities including chain-link manufacturing unit from kamateks, Turkey, corrugated sheet manufacturing unit and welding and fitting station.
• Completion of over 300 fencing projects all over UAE which includes site preparation, equipment mobilization, production of materials, site installation and hand over in compliance with all the regulations for various industries covering construction, Oil and Gas, Sea and Airports.
Major Projects
• 3m high continuous hoarding system with easy assembly at site for Abu Dhabi emirates palace hotel.
• 12km regular continuous hoarding system for Besix and its sub contractors at Dubai Tower-Creek harbor site including land leveling and passage clearance.
• Corporate office for our sister concern Nirapara Middle East interior design MEP works.
• Recreational sports court for Emirates club houses in District one for Shobha-Meydan.
• Fencing jobs for clients like EAST Coast contracting, TFG, Techno-steel contracting, Simplex contracting, Dubai contracting Co, DUTCO, HSSG, Al Hikma, Al Bakhit etc.
• Security fencing system for al rawabi dairies which includes fence electrification, automated access systems, and intruder alert notification and surveillance system.
• Sea side concrete fortification system against sand erosion through wind and sea waves for Unimix at PALM DIERA
Operation and maintenance Engineer for KKR Group of Companies
Responsibilities
• Responsible for maintenance activities in the company Preventive, corrective and breakdown.
• Estimation of maintenance costs.
• Plan, adopt &implement maintenance techniques in accordance with production demands.
• Maintenance inventory including consumables and tools required.
• Project Investigation, planning and evaluation, designing, implementation

Achievements
• Developed stream lined system for centralized reporting of job to be done on various plants and allocation of workers to the desired areas.
• Reduced the breakdown events by 60% in the manufacturing facilities.
• Reduced the maintenance time for the manufacturing plants from average of 18 hrs per week to 8 hrs per week.
• Increase the efficiency of heat exchange paddy drier to process 120 ton/18 hr shift from 86 tones.

• Fully Automated rice milling plant (KKR Mills, 650 hp, 6 ton/hr)
• Stainless steel par boiling unit (KKR Agromills 15KL*36no.s, steam boiled.)
• 650 KVA substation 2no.s (facilitation for installation of generator, transformer, and panel boards, Fire and safety systems) for KKR Agro mills and KKR Mills.
• Effluent treatment plant in KKR Agro Mills (50KL/day)
• Re- modification of KKR group Corporate office ( interior structure redesign+ facility provisioning MEP, HVAC)
• Central paddy ware house- 57000SQ.ft
• FDA Spec KKR Flour Mill and packing plant (5 ton/ shift)
• Thermal fluid heat exchanger to process 120 tones of paddy per day.
