▪ Assume the role of a consultant and assist businesses navigate the e-commerce space by
connecting them with payment, marketing and logistics
▪ Assist clients find success by helping increase sales conversions through ecommerce.
▪ Master the Magento platform.
▪ Directly responsible for closing qualified inbound leads
▪ Understand SAAS metrics from various channels
▪ Develop, implement and optimise the sales process and funnel
▪ Spot opportunities to upgrade and sell support services to increase recurring revenue from existing
clients
▪ Other responsibilities involve generating relevant content to support our inbound marketing strategy, these mainly included videos and articles on generic and key technical areas.
▪ I also assist hiring within the Sales department by vetting applicants.
Responsible for administering and managing a portfolio of over 90 Small Self Administered Schemes (SSAS) worth in excess of £60 Million in assets; ranging from Bank Accounts/Deposits to complex securities, commercial properties, structured loans, unitized insurance funds, trust funds and various other financial assets. Some of the key responsibilities included were;
• Coordinating with clients (HNWI's), their advisers, banks, investment houses and other third
parties in order to meet various transaction deadlines from time to time and ensure smooth
running of the trust
• Carrying out fiduciary duties for and on behalf of the Corporate Trustees to safeguard the best interest of the trust as per the Trust Deed and Rules in line with regulatory requirements
• Ensuring compliance of fund transactions with regulatory and internal procedures and guidelines
• Servicing of the trust's assets and liabilities on an ongoing basis
• Understanding and minimizing the risk involved in various fund transactions and investments
• Assisting clients and their advisers in benefits planning and providing them with technical
guidance as and when required
• Flagging, Investigating and Reporting events to various regulatory bodies from time to time as per HMRC guidelines if and when required
• Preparing and carrying out various calculations with regard to drawing benefits, annual
accounts, actuarial valuations etc in relation to the fund
Key responsibilities include;
• Client Profiling and Targeting
• Proposing suitable financial solutions to potential clients

• Administering the portfolio of clients and their investments on an ongoing basis
• Producing reports on marketing activities and the response generated
• Follow up and conduct customer satisfaction surveys and reporting
• Worked in a variety of roles on an ad-hoc basis, dependant on when the director needed further assistance and where the degree courses syllabus allowed
• Assist the director in conducting marketing campaigns to generate leads
• Reporting the response from other marketing activities and make suggestions based on them
• Explaining various services offered to potential clients
• Data Entry
