Official distributor of Nissan & Infiniti in IRAQ & IRAN Market. Apart from that, exports Nissan, Renault & Infiniti vehicles across the globe. We also have several Multi brand Service Centre across UAE.
* Responsibilities-
 Handling both in-house and manufacturer warranty (Nissan/Infiniti/Renault).
 Processing warranty claims in Nissan & Infiniti portal (Global Warranty System).
 Raising TR (Technical Reports) & WPA (Warranty Pre-authorization requests) in N-QIS (Nissan Quality Information System).
 Submitting Invoices to Nissan Plants on monthly basis.
 Confirming the receipt of Warranty reimbursement from Nissan on monthly basis.
 Circulating Technical Bulletins, Campaigns, etc… with Dealers.
 Receiving in-house warranty claims from dealers (KSA, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Iran, Iraq,
etc…) on daily basis.
 Analyzing and responding (approve/reject) to warranty claims receiving from Dealers.
 Warranty reimbursement to dealers on monthly basis.
 Conducting Warranty Audit in dealership periodically.
 Giving Warranty Training to various dealers on demand.

 Handle Calls and give reply to the queries about Warranty
