Official distributor of Nissan & Infiniti in IRAQ & IRAN Market. Apart from that, exports Nissan, Renault & Infiniti vehicles across the globe. We also have several Multi brand Service Centre across UAE.
* Responsibilities-
Handling both in-house and manufacturer warranty (Nissan/Infiniti/Renault).
Processing warranty claims in Nissan & Infiniti portal (Global Warranty System).
Raising TR (Technical Reports) & WPA (Warranty Pre-authorization requests) in N-QIS (Nissan Quality Information System).
Submitting Invoices to Nissan Plants on monthly basis.
Confirming the receipt of Warranty reimbursement from Nissan on monthly basis.
Circulating Technical Bulletins, Campaigns, etc… with Dealers.
Receiving in-house warranty claims from dealers (KSA, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Iran, Iraq,
etc…) on daily basis.
Analyzing and responding (approve/reject) to warranty claims receiving from Dealers.
Warranty reimbursement to dealers on monthly basis.
Conducting Warranty Audit in dealership periodically.
Giving Warranty Training to various dealers on demand.
Handling of customer complaints & retention.
* In-charge for all customer care activities in Service & Bodyshop.
* Conducting customer educational programs like customer meets, service camps, etc. on
monthly basis.
* Monitoring front office activities, marketing and Post service follow-up activities.
* 5S co-ordination, improving service quality & floor discipline.
* Day to day general office management activities.
* Monitoring Service Advisors daily activities, approach towards customers, appearance,
3rd day PSF, etc…
Involvement in the premium service to the customers
Handling Six Branches Warranty Activities (including Main Branch)
Verifying & approve/reject warranty claims receiving from branch.
Processing Toyota / Lexus / Daihatsu warranty/ accessories claim & Field Tech. Report
Inspecting replaced parts and dispatch as per the request from Toyota Motor Co.
Supporting branches by advising warranty policies to make the warranty job straight forward, easier and perfect
Compose correspondence/reports for managers/own signature
Check deadlines on incoming requests and put preliminary work in play
Handle Calls and give reply to the queries about Warranty
