IMTAC is a Premier IT System Integrator - HP Platinum and HP Service One Expert partner ( Reseller and Service Provider) for the entire range of HP products for the past 30 years since the inception of the organisation in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. IMTAC also has partner relationship with the following Principals;
Microsoft, TrendMicro-Affinity One Partner, Juniper Networks (Direct Partner), SonicWall- Premier Partner, Avaya (Authorised System Integrator), Systimax (Partner for Intelligent patch management solutions).
IMTAC’s activities range from Systems Integration / installation/ Maintenance/Consulting/ Training. Skilled technical resources deployment services. With its core focus on “Mission critical Solution and Services”, IMTAC delivers and supports comprehensive industry-specific, turnkey projects and solutions based on HP, Microsoft, Juniper, Avaya and TrendMicro platform in IT applications and infrastructure.

As “Services and Support Operations Manager”, I am responsible for the following main Business Services portfolios viz.:

- Delivery of High Availability Support Services through a team of 60+engineers on entire range of enterprise HP products viz. Superdomes, Itanium Servers, Non-Stop Systems, SAN-EVA/XP, HP_Unix, HP Openview, HP Dataprotector, Microsoft Back office products, Juniper and Trendmicro Security products, Avaya IP Telephony products .
- Facilities and Infrastructure Development and Management Services.
- Generating Value AMC Services business viz. Mission Critical Services, HP Pro-Active and Annuity Sub-Contracting Business with stringent SLA’s.
- Trainings and skills development of 60+ engineers on various products and domains.
- Certifications by Engineers on entire range of HP Products, Microsoft BackOffice products, Avaya, Juniper and Trendmicro products mandatory for Partnership requirements.
- Project Management - End to end management of projects related to System Integration, Infrastructure Setup, and DataCenter migration.
- Business Plan Development with Sales and Services Management Team.
