Assistant Manager
• Authorised Signatory for Philips Electronics India Limited. for Excise, Service Tax, Custom DGFT and VAT.
• Responsible for Supply Chain Security as per guideline of CTPAT and AEO and conducting audit of third party company who exports PHILIPS abroad.
• Accountable for warehouse management.
• Liaison with DGFT, Custom, Excise, CHA, Shipping Line
• Co-ordination with central excise for daily container stuffing, verification of pre-shipment documents and dispatch of factory stuffed containers.
• Preparation of commercial invoice, packing list, ARE-1in MS excel and Excise invoice in SAP in absence of subordinates.
• Responsible for Merchant Export, Re-Import and Re-Export, execution of B1 Bond.
• Coordinating with Third Party Inspection agencies (SGS, BV, EIA)
• Preparation of Certificate of Origin with co-ordination of Export Inspection Agency and Federation of Gujarat Industries.
• Close co-ordination with subordinates for timely submission of post-shipment documents to Bank for export realization as well as documents submitted to overseas customer.
• Keep record of all proof of export received from CHA and merchant exporters and forwarded to excise in time bound.
• Communicate with overseas customer for documentation issue and appropriate supply against their order
• Service provider \[CHA, Transporter, Shipping Line\] bill passing both for import and export
• Keep proper record of DBK data and realization details
• Proper tracing of export realization and e-BRC print through DGFT website
• DEPB, FMS and SFMS application with DGFT, Licence verification with customs and consumption against import consignment
• Preparation of MIS and reports
