Implemented and accredited our hotel for ISSA - GBAC STAR
accreditation - Cleaning, disinfection and disease prevention
practices especially for COVID 19.
* Implemented HACCP and ensure its continual improvement.
* Responsible for ensuring overall hygiene activities throughout the
hotel including food production and service areas, guest rooms,
other public areas as well as in back of the house operations.
* Conducts internal audits to ensure compliance with local
regulatory laws / international standards in Food safety.
* Evaluates the corrective actions taken for the non-conformance
noted during the audits.
* Monitor and check personal hygiene conditions & working habits
of the colleagues.
* Identifies and report structural deficiencies in the food operation.
* Manages and maintain an effective pest control management
system.

* Communicate hotel specific emergency management plans to

* Manage and control all documents (manuals, policies, procedures,
logs) related to Environmental Health and Safety measures and
HACCP and the corresponding reports
* Ensure that the employees are trained on the basic EHS and
HACCP/ Food hygiene trainings identified for their departmental
operations.
Review and follow up on the microbiological results from food
laboratory.

Conducts trainings in food safety and hygiene for the food
