  Responsible for the overall efficient operation and co-ordination of site activities of all plant infrastructures, like DG, HVAC system/Chiller plants, Sewage treatment plant including Fire fighting systems, Domestic water systems
 Always endeavor to reduce downtime of site plants and machinery/equipment like Turnstile access controls, boom barriers, Lift, BMUs, LMR, UPS/ inverters, DFMD, X-Ray machine
 To carry out PPM activities on AHUs, Pumps, Cooling towers, , LT- panels, LDB, PDB, ELDB,
 Conducting Thermography tests on electrical panels, Dosing in Cooling towers and chilled water systems.
 Coordinating with various vendors for different quotes, AMC, Vendor PPM on DGs, Transformers, HT Panels, Air Circuit Breaker, Vacuum Circuit Breakers, Tank cleaning, HVAC etc.
 Conducting Refresher Trainings as per Schedule on a weekly basis on different Equipments, Fire-Fighting, Fire Evacuation Drills
 Make 100 percent sure that there is good reporting and communication channels between the teams and operation
 Compilation and stowage of Various Data related to SLA Audits, tools audit, attendance, PPMs Checklist, MMR, History Sheets
 Ensure all Health and Safety standards are met and complies with Company and legal standards.
 Maintain daily Engineering report log;
 Assist with stores organization/stock control;
 Ensure work orders are completed on time;
