The role involved with a heavy focus on Recruitment, Employee engagement, Developing HR Strategies, Employee Relation, Performance management & Appraisal and other HR & Admin activities.
Talent Acquisition and on boarding
• Manpower Planning & Budgeting
• Handling diversified recruitment portfolio including from entry level to senior management through Job Portals (i.e. Naukri, Monster), Print Media, Placement Consultants, Campus Placement, Employee Referrals, Walk-in’s Head hunting & company database.
• Salary fitment, Salary Negotiation based on competitors and internal parity check
• Completing all joining formality activities like Employee Code and Cost-centre generation, Issuing Id cards, Visiting Card, Laptop, Data card and Uniform allotment.
• All recruitment related MIS, new joining trackers, source mix etc.
• Preparing and conducting employee induction program.
• Taking care of employee life cycle from his/her on boarding till Exit.
• Responsible for maintenance of recruitment tracker and resume data bank.
• Generate Headcount reports, HR Dashboard and Attrition Tracker.
Compensation & Benefits
• Providing Payroll input- leave status by updating leave cards, Loan/Salary advance detail, LOP etc
• Payroll Validation.
• Leave Management
• Coordinating with ESIC, P.F. & Gratuity formalities.
• Grievance handling related to leaves, salary, Incentives, Performance Bonus, Taxation, F&F etc.
Talent Management
• Identifying training needs in consultation with Top Management for my Zone
• Preparing and publishing training calendar.
• Coordinating with participants and briefing them about the objective, scope and motive of conducting specified training program.
• Collecting and analyzing the Training feedback and ensuring the improvement effect.
Employee Engagement:
• Work on innovative employee engagement activities and make sure of implementation of the same.
• Creation of cultural committee for the smooth progress of various recreational activities.
• Handling employee grievances related to Job Title, Job Role, Key Responsibilities and other expectations.
• Organizing hotel bookings for employee’s vacation.

Performance Management System:
• Designing and implement KRA and in consultation with Senior Management
• Responsible for probation period review & confirmation to the new joiners on successful completion of 6 months
• Coordinate with performance appraisal process by adhering to SOPs
Statutory & IR
• Statutory compliance for Contract Labors, ESI online registration and monthly challans and returns, half yearly returns, yearly returns
• Liaising with various government offices like ESI office, PF office etc.
• Handling Grievance and Disciplinary issues.
• Keeping records of discussion as minutes of meeting for future discussions and references
HR Operations
• Coordinating with management for new HR Policy Manual that streamlined internal HR processes. In order to provide effective and efficient support to the Business through harmonized policies and practices.
• Study on complete market research and SOP involved for new amendments in existing policy.
• Aligned systems and processes in place which support the core HR deliverables.
• Contacting employees on regular basis and having a formal and casual relationship, etc
Management Trainee, Operations Trainee and Internship Programs
• Campus coordinator - handling campus placements, Graduation projects and Internship Program.
• Independently Coordinated End to End process from Pre placement presentation, Selection Process - Domain Assessment Questionnaire, Group Task, Business Simulation and Acumen, Predictive Index, Final Round, Offer Rollout and Closure
Administration;
• To control admin cost as per budget
• To analyze and verify MIS (Yr to Yr).
• Regular audit on housekeeping checklist and schedule
