Responsible for the handling of key accounts and maximising performance and revenue.
Play a leadership role in helping clients solve marketing communication challenges whilst dedicatedly identifying new opportunities to maximize client value.
Identify and drive new opportunities, including new business pitches for the agency.
Build strong, impenetrable relationships with the clients, while taking sincere interest in their business issues, industry, and competitors.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Lead, mentor and inspire the account managers and executives reporting to me - guiding their development and career path through the agency by providing inspiring team training and thoughtful input on their career roadmaps.
Recruit talent that raises the bar on creativity and quality.
Co-ordinate with suppliers and agency departments to meet deadlines, implement best-practices, while being aligned with client expectations.
Lead the creation of social media content and all digital and branding activities to all accounts to ensure that nothing leaves the agency without my assurance, the work is outstanding and will exceed client expectations.

Monitoring account performance
Creating and working to business growth plans
Liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust
Lead as a day-to-day client/project manager, managing clients in regards to project expectations, timing and risks associated to a project; deliver as the project lead per a project life cycle both internally and externally, manage timelines within allocated budgets
Create project brief and timelines, drive weekly client status meetings & create project reports, monitor project resource allocation, hours, external project costs and provide on-going project risk management
Managing several key accounts and attracting new business
Content creation for the bank digital platforms
Act as a resource in ongoing media relations efforts, including maintaining and updating media contacts and tracking/reporting tools.
Assist in the development and execution of e-mail marketing campaigns, including the maintenance of client and media mailing lists and, as necessary, the implementation of new technologies and platforms.
Support communications team with other projects as necessary and assist on projects as assigned.
