* As Art Teacher: Teaching Art for Elementary students (using the Curriculum: “Visual and Performing Arts Content Standards for California - USA) and the relevant responsibilities of this job:
Lesson planning; Class Preparation; Teaching Art; Evaluation of Art projects; Grading management; Discipline management; Art materials management, Ehxibition of students Artwork; Parent conference meetings and Assembling of the Art Portfolios for each student at the end of the year.
* As Pre School Teacher: Teaching Pre School using the American “Creative Curriculum” and supporting students in all kind of educational and academic activities;
Assistance to the Head Pre School teacher;
Researching for activities of specific Pre School subjects; Lesson and Class preparation;
Providing observation notes for monthly student's report; Replacing teachers during absenteeism; Planning and organizing school events such as Graduation Ceremony and Party, Mother’s day, Parent Participation Day, etc;
In Expedia department: - Reservations of hotels, tours, restaurants, tourist guides; Daily contacts with the management of hotels.
In Travel Plan department: Planning, execution and coordination of the whole trip of Spanish groups of tourists coming to Egypt, regarding to hotel reservations, transfers, tours, restaurants, cruises and tourist guides.
General Assistance to the shareholder, one director and three managers at the department FAS Financial Advisory Services; Elaboration of PowerPoint presentations and letters; Organizing and coordinating meetings, events, conferences and travel arrangements; Contact with all corporate and business unit heads and branches, major clients, suppliers etc., on various daily issues and tasks; Executing support services including answering telephones, assisting visitors, and resolving administrative problems; Handling the responsibility for daily communication including maintenance of calendar, appointments, receiving and answering emails, and preparing and managing correspondence independently; Perform all secretarial and administrative duties; Control and maintenance of the clients’ file.
Elaboration of PowerPoint presentations; Daily contacts (by phone and e-mail) with USA, France, Sweden, Germany and South America; Control and alteration of term sheets and agreements; Use and control of statutory documentation: election minutes, social statutes, social agreements; Organization and control of juridical processes: criminal, civil, fiscal, etc; Elaboration of the following reports: market information, ABC curve, flights control, company’s vehicles monthly costs, travelling expenses, purchases savings/expenses, and monthly demonstrative of incomes/expenses; Coordination of market research acting as interpreter and translator.
Duties: Assistant to the Quality Manager and Assistant to the ISO 9000 Quality System
Assistance to the Quality System maintenance; Updating, revision and control of the Quality System documentation in accordance with ISO-9001; Participation in internal and external quality auditing; Processing of the non-conformities with corrective and preventive actions; Follow-up of the suggestion program related to productivity and quality.
Sales of insurance policies (new and renewal);
