• Scrutiny of Tender documents, Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules.
• Raising RFIs to the client based on the review and keep tracking throughout Tender submission.
• Preparation of Material Schedules System/Equipment wise and Floating Enquiries to the concerned Suppliers / Manufacturers.
• Preparation of comparison statements based on suppliers Quotations.
• Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of products/Systems.
• Based on Clients budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out Value engineering studies.
• Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank records.
• Conduct quantity take offs using Planswift software and cross-checking quantities against client’s Bill of Quantities.
• Assisting Senior Estimator in Pricing for electrical systems and assisting in compiling of tenders.
• Keep tracking the addendums and Post Tender clarifications for the submitted projects to figure out the changes made against the initial documents.
• Checking the IFC documents against Tender documents upon the project is awarded to claim for variation.
• Participated in submission of more than 30 Tenders in 2017 - 2019 with 4 awarded projects.

• Review/Study consultant’s design and specification.
• Preparation of Method Statements and Material Submittals.
• Review/Co-ordination to obtain approval of Shop drawings for all Electrical services (Power, Lighting, Fire Alarm system, Emergency lighting system and Earthing/LP system) and Load Schedule in compliance to the specification, consultant’s design and authority standards.
• Ensure that the installations for all the Electrical services and for the ELV Services-Telephone, Data, CCTV, Access control & Master Clock System are carried out as per approved shop drawing/MS/specification & within the time frame of the approved construction program.
• Ensure the installation, inspection, Testing & Commissioning for all the Electrical Services/Equipment & Fittings.
• Complete responsibility to decide on day to day work that needs to be carried out by subordinates including: scheduling of activities, assigning task to groups or individuals, accuracy of work conducted, supplying resources and dealing with operational issues.
• Coordinate with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures, and other project requirements are met.
• Take off actual quantities & submit MR to HO through Senior Engineer / Project Manager.
• Preparation of Asbuilt drawings to obtain Consultant approval.

• Studies the tender documents and assist senior electrical engineer in quoting, attending pre-bid meeting, site meeting to understand the project outline and assisting in its submission.
• Obtain quotations for materials, equipment and sub-contract in order to provide the best fully conforming offer.
• Consult with sellers in procuring materials, equipment as per material list created based on project plan & measurements taken from site and also co-ordinating all activities in line with the project programme.
• Consulting with project team and management for the start of work.
• Preparing Drawings of the project as per IS standards & National Building Code for approval.
• Collaborating with project staff to enable the successful planning and sequencing of work and monitoring progress.
• Co-ordinate with Site in charge for the progress of work.
• Examine & agree, in conjunction with commercial, sub-contractor`s accounts & variations and process interim applications for payment.
• Perform preparation of RA Bills for the payment based on the datas provided by site in charge.

• Preparing Drawings of the project as per IS standards & National Building Code for approval.
• Drawing proficiency includes Schematic preparation, lighting drawing, power circuit drawing, Earthing diagram... etc.
• Perform designing of Panel Boards especially HT panels, MV Panels, LT Panels their Physical Layouts & control wiring.

• Perform Electrical Load Calculation, Lux level calculation for Buildings and Apartments.
• Knowledge in Lighting and Power circuits, Circuit wiring, Cable selection, Switch gear selection, Transformer selection, Capacitor bank selection.
• Preparing Drawings of the project as per IS standards & National Building Code for approval.
• Drawing proficiency includes Schematic preparation, lighting drawing, power circuit drawing, Earthing diagram... etc.
• Perform designing of Panel Boards especially HT panels, MV Panels, LT Panels their Physical Layouts & control wiring.

Supervising all types MV/LT Electrical installations to make sure the project is progressing inline with project schedule and as per approved drawings.
Pre Consulting with procurement engineer to make sure the site does not face material scarcity so that it does not affect the smooth running of the project.
To make sure workers are equipped with necessary safety accessories.
Consulting with client side engineer for various issues facing during the work.
Taking measurements needed during the progress of the work for submitting RA Bills.
