As a Guest Service Executive, I am responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to our guests, including Emirates Airline passengers, sent to the hotel by Emirates for their Stop over Paid by Carrier (STPC) services for passengers who are transiting via Dubai, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience.

Responded to client’s questions, concerns and billing inquiries with highest degree of professionalism also assist clients with reservations, transfers and changes. Offering clients with prompt, accurate and courteous service to the issues raised, in the process ensuring to build strong relationship with the client to ensure customer satisfaction.
