Duties and Responsibilities:-
Broad and diversified experience of 7 years in people management and client handling.
Handled a Team of 25 members.
Ensure that the team members are updated with the recent and important updates from the client and the management.
Lead a project on automation of daily reports.
Responsible for sending several business reports to the client and management.
Responsible for troubleshooting and updating the tools created for daily reports in Excel VBA.
Scheduling associates based on the requirements for the business.
Ensure the daily target is met and report is sent to the client as well as to the reporting team.
Track and analyze performance of associates.
Creating Regular, ADHOC reports for client based on the requirements.
Checking the candidates profile, education, experience etc and uploading to the client’s site.
Working on weekly payrolls.
Analyzing Tacho charts.
Auditing the books of accounts for different firms for income tax submission.
Submit the books of accounts of different companies to the Income tax office.
Maintain daybook, ledger posting, Monthly Reports in different firms.
Monthly Internal audit.
Financial accounting up to Finalization.
Reconciliation of Bank account.
Acquired entire knowledge about accounts software Tally.
Keeping register for Post dated cheques issued and received from different firms.
Solving entire problem related to sales invoices and purchase bills.
Handling inbound and outbound calls.
Providing resolutions for customer complaints.
Calling back the customers to make sure their complaints has been resolved on time.
Providing information to the customers about the offers and services provided by Hutch.
Preparing daily reports.
