Webex and Zoom admin (Webex and Zoom account related concern).
Slack Admin (Slack account and app related concern as well as channel creation and external guest invitation).

Windows VDI and Dev VM related concerns.
Google admin (Google account, google drive, google calendar, password reset, Account deactivation, data transfer, Google docs access, etc.)
OneDrive Sync and Google docs sync related concerns.
Experienced with ticking tool SERVICENOW.
24x5 Network Nodes monitoring using solarwinds tool.
Monitoring Okta, Slack, Clari, Seismic status.
Primary response to reply on the user’s query in common IT channel, Helpdesk Number as well as on IT group email.
Co-ordinating with the vendors (WebEx, Zoom, Microsoft, 8x8) for any outage or common issue if required.
Complete responsibility for On-boarding and Offboarding users.

Networking skills: -- Switching Technology:

Routing Technology:
Inter-Vlan Routing on L3 switches, Router on a Stick, static Route (Floating, default and summary static route), RIP, EIGRP, OSPF and BGP, Conditional routing, Policy base routing.
