RTA updating of the Rental Agreements opened on Daily Basis, doing the replacement & properly updating of User details to maintain proper system in RTA Software.
Handling of Petty Cash, Following up of overdue payments from the Existing &
Closed contracts.
Specialized in Handling Operational Activities like Assigning Jobs to the drivers, Make arrangements for the replacement of vehicles which are due for service, due for Registration Works, Accidents & vehicles which have met with breakdown issues.
Tally of Petty Cash & Prepare the Fuel Bills filled for Operational purpose of the respective branch on Weekly Basis to the Accounts of the Main Branch & reimburse on Weekly Basis in order to maintain proper cash flow in the branch Level.
