• Ensure the follow-up of the electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Ensures preventive and corrective maintenance operations (electrical and mechanical) (level 2 to 3) to guarantee the safety and availability of the installations.
• Contributes to the improvement and evolution of the operation.
• Ensures the feedback of information.
• Ensures the management of maintenance by CMMS.
• Plans and carries out major maintenance inspections on ski lift installations.
• Implementing maintenance procedures or tests specific to ski lift installations.
• Validation, registration and follow-up of intervention reports.
• Processing and follow-up of reports of findings.
• Proposal, drafting and updating of operating procedures for operations other than major inspections.
• Confirmation and implementation of operating procedures.
• Validation and registration of weekly maintenance follow-up sheets.
• Team leader technicians (electronics, cold and hot, it).
• Monitor maintenance and repair of slabs, motherboards, power supply boards, cold, it.
• TV, Refrigeration, IT electronics repair.
• Manage the entry and exit of products, inventory management.
• Make reports daily and monthly report.
• Follow up the customer complaint.
• Study, test and validate new products (PV and PRE MP)
• Do the process on the assembly line (assembly) and SMT (motherboard production)
• Do the initiations for each beginning of the LOT or new product.
• Do the states follow up of receiving the component for new product.
• Do daily follow-ups of the after-sales service reports.
• Do reports daily and monthly of quality assurance and after-sales service
• Do the treatment of nonconformities.
• Do checks up on the malfunctions, find the source, solve it and do reports about it.
• Train new recruits (engineer or technician).
• Our supplier teams whom we have a contract with come to do a check up on their products that we produce.
• A team of foreign companies ( Spain, Greece, Portugal) whom have a contract with us comes to check on the product we produce ( the quality for example )
• Go on missions for :
1/ Order boxes (General Packaging), holds (TDI Plaste) for new products
2 / Quality control in depots, stors, showrooms and lounges.
• Follow up with a checklist in the station for good production of CO2 gas.
• Detect failures when alarms are triggered and know the source of the failures to intervene and resolve the problem.
