of time, without having prior experience on the role
* Using DevOps methodology and implementing the culture for processes

* Leading internal Project Releases and Changes
* Successfully implemented the Configuration Management Plan - A first for the project which got

Plans, ensuring software baseline creation, Source Control, Version Control for all the
Applications in Project - Implementing DevOps Culture
* Access Control and Management for the CM tools. Incident management with HPSM tool
* Communicating with internal/external clients, assisting in the estimates, determine specific
requirements and expectations, Project Plan and Schedule - following the project life cycle
methodology like Waterfall and Agile
* Debugging logs and VB script, windows script code file, writing efficient SQL queries to extract
data as information from database and providing them to client as per their request.
* Responsibly handling the support team on tough situations, keeping application support on
track, which resulted in taking the Role as the Configuration Manager
