Mergers, acquisitions, integrations and buyouts.
1) Advised clients on strategic, commercial and operational matters related to M&A, significant minority stake and buyout transactions, transformations and various business development/growth initiatives
2) Buy / sell - side acquisition transaction diligence. Work includes conducting market and business assessment, creating a combined business plan and performing DCF, sensitivity and scenario analyses

Leveraging network to gain valuable insights from industry experts in order to provide top level management consulting for buy-side investment advisory.
Executed full-cycle Buyout/ Growth Investment deals worth $110M and collaborated with management to
negotiate valuations, produce and present financial models, reports, pitchbooks and Information Memorandums.
Broad role with responsibilities spanning Sector coverage, Deal origination and Execution for TMT (Technology, Media and Telecom) Sector. Special focus on high-growth New-gen Mobile, Analytics, Cloud, Digital and IoT businesses within broader Technology sector.
Running end-to-end Design Services, Robotic Process Automation(RPA) and Fintech transactions in the M&A and Strategic Capital Advisory segments. (Both buy and sell side transactions)
