• Contact and identify the reason of default and follow-up for repayment from customers by phone
• Tracing the customer by various techniques and collection strategies (often designed by employee) to locate right parties in order to negotiate payment arrangements on high collectability or value accounts.

• May help resolve higher level disputes.
• Take escalated calls from level I and II collectors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Updating actions in excel and debts collections system to follow-up and actions against each assigned leads.
• Sending legal notice to customer by email if customer has refused to pay or non-contactable.
