Project Title: To suggest' Go to Market' Strategy by studying business processes of various sub verticals in the retail sector for application of Motorola's enterprise mobility products.
Project Description: In depth study of the business processes of big retail chains of various sub verticals.
The study included conducting a primary data & secondary data research on the retailers in Bangalore.
The data of 19 retailers were reported to the company, in 2 months, to understand the sales
opportunity for its products. The project was well accepted by the organization.
